Rude staff

I was appalled at the level of rudeness I received today from the chemist himself an d his colleague with short dark hair on the till. I use this chemist to collect my prescriptions regularly and all but one member of staff are never very friendly at the best of times . I ring to request my prescription they tell me its ready to collect, I go in to collect it and it never seems to be the right time of day for them, I am always asked to come back, 20-30mins later usually it's not too much of a problem for me but don't really understand why. Today I called in to collect, the woman at till couldn't even look at me and said come back in an hour, she really does lack social skills . I said can I sit and wait as I was in pain and couldn't do much walking she said no I would have to come back I am a pensioner disabled and this is a 15 min walk for me, they said it was lunch time they were far too busy, they hadn't had a lunch break, don't come between 12 and 2 for your
