About me
I am a Pilates Teacher who qualified with the highly renowned Body Control Pilates in Pilates Matwork (Level 3 REPs certification). I am also trained in ante-natal and post-natal Pilates and I am working towards my Level 4 qualification, by undergoing ongoing training.

Group classes
I provide small and personal Pilates group classes across London which are tailored to my client's needs and wishes. Currently, my Pilates group classes are running in Chelsea and Fulham, but these will be expanding soon to Hammersmith and Barnes.

Private 1:1s
I also offer private 1:1 Pilates classes, which can be completely tailored to your time schedule and body. These can take place at home or at a hired studio for the hour.

Corporate classes
If you would like to bring my Pilates classes to your place of work and you have the space available, I am happy to arrange this at a time which is convenient for the employees involved. Among the many wellbeing benefits that Pilates offers, it is particularly good for helping or preventing back and neck pain, which is a common cause of time off work for employees.
