Chris is a no-nonsense, reliable and sincere professional who works long hours. He offers a range of services as per http://demac-sw.co.uk/ but does not hesitate to deal with small jobs of individual private customers. As an example, one of our toilets was blocked (the others worked) which we phoned Chris on 07778 146950 on Friday morning. Although this did not qualify as an emergency, Chris did nevertheless come in the evening thus fitting us in between late Friday jobs. Rather helpfully, he focussed on intelligent diagnosis of the problem rather than launching into expensive procedures. The problem turned out to be simple enough and Chris fixed it promptly, charging a reasonable rate. Unlike many in the drain-clearing business, Chris is a dedicated and honest professional - long may he continue serving customers big and small!
