Wrongly fitted parts, charged for items not fitted. Would not provide evidence of part numbers when asked. Would not refund for the work not carried out. Made a remark about going to my house when he knew the only person there was my wife. Said he had more money than me so I couldn't win if I went through a solicitor.
KEEP WELL AWAY !!!
Charged for parts they never even put on my car, put a part on upside down causing a danger to everyone on the road and only came to light in an MOT and had the cheek to try and charge me for sorting it. When confronted with the evidence became aggressive and threatening and said he knows where I Iive and said all the work done on my car is no longer under warranty, thats over £2k`s worth of work, did they actually do all the work they charged me for, only time will tell unfortunately. Never got an apology or a refund and told to go see a solicitor
