For over 30 years Nigel worked in the public service sector, which helped him to develop his problem solving, conflict resolution management, personal development and teaching skills. He has a long standing interest in helping others in a practical, sensitive, non judgmental and personalised way. He offers a tailored service to his students to effectively address their own needs. With a purpose-built facility on site, he is able to offer a discreet, safe and relaxing environment.

Fear of Flying
Sarah 5 starI had a fear of flying for over 14 years. I had tried alcohol, sedatives and various CD's, books etc to no avail. I met with Nigel but felt very negative as to whether anything would alleviate my fear. After my one session I didn't feel any different. Four weeks later I flew to the USA and immediate noticed the difference, my fear had completely disappeared. I flew on four flights in 11 days and cannot understand what my fear was ever based on. I would recommend anyone to seek advice/help from Nigel you have nothing to lose.
Stop smoking
