Our Beliefs

We think that there is something fundamentally wrong with the rental market. And that letting agents can’t sort it out. But we can. Because we're a bit different.

Leaner

93% of property searches start online. So we don't have a shop front. We just provide a great service to landlords, giving them all the support they need – when they need it.

Better

We don't charge tenants a huge amount for credit and reference checks. And there are no mysterious "admin" fees or other such nonsense. We believe in charging a fair price for a fair service. That's why we'll manage your property, from floorboards to attic, for a standard fee of £65 per month. And that includes everything you need to stay within the letter of the law.

A Quick Bio

In 2011, a group of landlords and a handful of computer boffins got together to set up Rentify. We're based in London, but operate nationwide. Our HQ is at 131 Shoreditch High Street, in London. We have the backing of investors such as D5 Capital and Balderton. Our board of Directors is George Spencer (ex-WCRS, Engine), Greg Jackson (Zopa), Simon Guild (WAYN, BigPoint, Spreadshirt), Simon Bullivant (Ashcombe Advisers), and Tim Bunting (Balderton Capital).
