We offer flexible, bespoke contracts that allow businesses to choose exactly which aspects of their IT system management you wish to hand off and which they would prefer to keep in-house. They can also choose exactly how much support they want to receive –anything from simply monitoring their network and alerting them to problems, to unlimited remote and onsite support contracts. In almost all cases, our contracts are fixed rate so that the business has complete control of their IT budget.

We are able to actively monitor and proactively managed almost any device on the network – servers, workstation, network devices, network peripherals, etc. We can also manage individual devices at off-site locations (laptops, home worker and client site machines), cloud-based servers and even most modern smartphones and tablets connected to mobile networks. All monitoring and management is carried out using standard management protocols (WMI, SNMP, RDP etc) and we can monitor any asset that makes use of these protocols – software, hardware performance and capacity management, network performance, software updates, security patch management, anti-virus, online backups, amongst others. Monitoring and management is done through our cloud-based management console that gives us a complete overview of the entire network from a central location.
