Student Housing Lancaster was established in 2001 by Matt and Charlotte and we have been renting quality homes to students for over 13 years. Our aim is to provide a simple and easy service for both students and landlords to use.

We offer everything from high quality houses for students to tailored house management services and student lettings packages for landlords, and we’ve been providing a dedicated student property management service for the last 13 years with resounding success.

We’re the number one choice for more Lancaster-based students than any other provider, offering accommodation to students from both Lancaster University and University of Cumbria.
