I wanted to reduce my debts. I cannot fault the service at all. I was so impressed at the professional manner in which the process was carried out. No jargon and very honest. I never felt like I was being set up for a product that would not benefit me in the long-run. Also, Tim was excellent and returning calls / emails. I have no negatives at all with this service and will definitely use again. Yes but he also follows up his work with you and works tirelessly to find the right outcome for you. I was genuinely surprised and cannot fault him at all. He was very approachable and explained everything along with pros and cons so that I was fully informed throughout.

Remortgage
I have a challenging case, having been born overseas, lived in different countries and also undergone a legal name change. The complications meant I needed extra help getting a mortgage. Tim provided the ideal service. Communication was rapid, follow up was great, I was kept in the loop, and I felt he understood my situation and needs, and really helped push this through. Tim successfully got the mortgage approved.
Life Insurance
I have found Cherrywood Mortgages to be useful of late, as I recently took out a life insurance policy. Tim was great to deal with, really friendly & professional & explained everything clearly unlike others I had previously had quotes from- I would highly recommend & I am looking forward to booking my heavily discounted spa weekend at Champneys as an added bonus to taking out my cover with Prudential through Cherrywood Mortgages- thank you!.

I was recommended to speak to Tim by a friend and I was very impressed by the level of knowledge he had about life insurance. He was friendly, honest and professional, also I felt there was no pushiness or pressure to try and up sell or go with specific products which is something that I have experienced before. Good work, I will no doubt seek him out if I need any financial solutions again.
