Xero offers a flexible approach to bookkeeping where you can also input sales invoices or transactions into the system and we will receive a notification of any changes. This enables you to delegate out the work you can without losing control of your business accounts or bank balance whilst freeing up your time to do what you do best.
Our bookkeeping service goes as far as answering your phone calls and taking in your post if you wish. We can be as big a part of your business as you want enabling you to focus on your trade.

We offer a tailor made payroll service. We operate weekly/fortnightly and monthly payrolls to suit your business needs. Payslips can be produced electronically or paper based and these can be sent directly to you or to your employees. Our payroll service includes:
Payslips produced either paper based or electronically sent to either your business or directly to your employees
A monthly reminder of your PAYE and NIC payment and the deadline date
A monthly reminder of your wages payment along with a Bacs report detailing your employee's bank details and amounts to be paid.
Full monthly RTI submission included ensuring you are compliant with HM Revenue & Customs online payroll filing criteria
Year end payroll requirements fulfilled including the production of P60's and online submission to HM Revenue & Customs
Monthly Payrolls from £20 plus VAT a month and Weekly Payrolls from £15 plus VAT a week.
We operate a fixed fee for subcontractors, we will:
Submit your tax return annually and advise you of any tax due to be paid or repaid to you.
We will chase any repayment due and remind you of any payments or deadlines to ensure that you are completely up to date with your tax affairs
Produce accounts annually for your business. These accounts will show you how your business is performing and if there are any areas in which you can save money or reduce your tax bill.
Unlimited phone calls throughout the year. Whether you have a question over a receipt that you can put through the business accounts through to sounding a new business idea off on a friend we are only a phone call away.
Sometimes it is easier to go through things in person which is why we offer a face to face annual meeting within our subcontractor package. Typically this is arranged when you bring in your books and records each year or once your accounts and tax return are ready. But this meeting is your opportunity to discuss your business matters and can be whenever you prefer throughout the year.
