Piano And Music Technology Lessons In West London
I cover all styles of music, including the ABRSM syllabus, piano for pop, dance (inc. house, drum and bass, dubstep etc), jazz piano, neo soul piano, classic soul/funk piano, gospel piano etc. I bring a positive mental attitude to lessons, being there to encourage, not criticise and try to pass on my love and enthusiasm for playing to anyone who passes through my door. To achieve strong, well-rounded musicianship I believe strongly in combining classical and contemporary disciplines, focusing on areas like good playing technique, technical ability, sight reading skills, rhythmic awareness, improvisation, memory work, aural and recognition skills, all of which (and much more) are essential for the success of today’s professional musician.
Additionally I offer areas of music technology such as playing and programming electronic keyboards, working with DAWs (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Digital Performer etc) and can pass on my expertise as a music producer to those who are interested in getting into the more technological side of their music.
