WoodMines is a manufacturer of the highest quality, handmade garden furniture and structures. We pride ourselves on our reputation for designing and realising sturdy and durable outdoor products. In recent years, we have created a versatile range of garden constructions from gazebos and outdoor dining areas to barbecue and hot tub shelters, car ports and pond covers. Smoking shelters and aviary frames add to the growing list of custom made garden features produced by WoodMines. To demonstrate our commitment to creativity and customer satisfaction, we continue to offer a bespoke service for clients who want to participate in the planning and design of their outside space. I message the company regarding a advert they had posted. The response was poor but I was desperate due to the current climate. Date was arranged for collection of the timber. On arrival the interaction was difficult and the gentleman was rude. Apparently I had interrupted his lunch. Customer service is poor and the timber is sub standard. Buyer be aware.
