This company has a store on ebay which is where I bought my bed, the diamond shapes in the headboard started coming out so I told them about it, there answer.. push it back in.. that didn't work so they wanted pictures to which I supplied.. they offered £20 refund to a £300 bed.. so I said ok fair enough and never received it.. now they ignore me when I ask where my pathetic little refund is.. WARNING stay away
