About Us

MSL Retail is the retail arm of Mystery Shoppers Ltd, one of the leading Mystery Shopping companies in the UK. Mystery Shoppers Ltd was set up in 1991 by Paul Grafton, a certified Management Consultant and former British Airways Inflight Product and Cabin Crew Training manager. We currently have offices in London, Leeds and Devon.

We have a team of experienced video mystery shoppers who specialise in producing high quality video reports. We have industry expertise in performing covert video mystery shopping in a range of industries so we know what equipment gets the best results and what equipment doesn't. On this site you will find only equipment proven to give top-rate results in covert video capture.

£6.95 for standard 3-5 days delivery service
Orders over £150 are free on a standard service.

Orders received by 3.00pm will be despatched the same day provided that the goods ordered are in stock. We will make every effort to contact you and notify you of any delay in processing your order if an item is found not to be in stock. You will receive email notification when your order is received and you will also be sent notification when your goods are despatched with a scheduled delivery date.

Please note we use Royal Mail for all of our UK mainland deliveries. The service is trackable and if you call us then we will be happy to supply you with tracking details of your parcel. A signature will be required as a proof of receipt of goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept special instructions, e.g. to leave with a neighbour, if you think you might not be in.
