About Me

Karla Perentin studied reflexology in 2005 at The Central London College of Reflexology, where she assisted teaching for 2 years and also received a postgraduate diploma.

From an early age, she was always keen to develop, expand her knowledge and excel at what she was doing, so in 2006 she enrolled into a Clinical Aromatherapy Massage course at The Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy (ITHMA) followed by 3 years full-time study of Traditional Acupuncture at the London College of Traditional Medicine and Oriental Studies and then at the Northern College of Acupuncture where she received an Honours degree and a Licentiate in Traditional Acupuncture.

Karla Perentin BSc(Hons), Lic Ac, MBAcC uses TCM Acupuncture and Clinical Aromatherapy which includes TCM diagnoses in addition to Reflexology to discover the underlying causes of health complaints while addressing present symptoms. Karla can help you achieve optimum health by combining the immediate effects of Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology with the long term benefits of Acupuncture.

As a member of the British Acupuncture Council – the registering body for professional acupuncturists in the UK – she abides by strict Codes of Safe Practice, Professional Conduct and Health and Safety legislation. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Childbirth Team London and the Acupuncture Fertility Network.

Karla holds several professional qualifications including acupuncture, clinical aromatherapy, aromatherapy in pregnancy, reflexology and reflexology in pregnancy and has undertaken extensive training in Western Pathophysiology and the Chemistry and Pharmacology of Essential Oils.

Furthermore, Karla has received specialised training in Obstetric Acupuncture from Jani White, who runs the NatureChild Obstetric Clinic in North London and completed the residential training for the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage to qualify as a Arvigo Practitioner.
