Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety

Fire risk assessment are a legal requirement and there are not many businesses or properties which are outside of the scope of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO). Article 9 of the order requires that "The responsible person must make suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks to which... persons are exposed". Meaning most business's and properties will need a fire risk assessment.
