Improve Your Business Profits Through Data and Marketing Systems

Hello and welcome to Finely Fettled. My name is Graham Arrowsmith and I'm the founder of the company. I offer data and marketing systems to small, medium and large companies. So what exactly does that mean?

Take your database. If you are like most folk, your database is out of date. I'm something of an expert at helping you fix it. In my career I've created some of the leading services that help improve data quality. Like identifying when someone has moved address, then finding them at their new address.

It's important because the better your data quality, the more money you make and the less money you waste. So if you have lots of names and addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses, I can get the data fixed for you.

I also help organisations create and deliver direct mail. I used to be part of Royal Mail's team dedicated to the promotion of direct mail as an advertising medium. Simple fact is that it works like a dream, but like any advertising medium there are lots of ways to screw up. I help you create the pack, and get it printed.

Marketing systems are all about understanding the natural flows within your business and having a plan to make most money from them. Take your best customers for instance. Do you have a marketing system focused on identifying, creating added value products especially for them at prices you'll probably think impossible to achieve and your clients will be more than willing to pay.

Another example is dealing with lost customers. Most businesses don't have a system for these people. In fact, most treat them like active customers. Wrong. The copy and communication needs to focus on getting them to reactivate. Most customers leave you because they reckon you don't care. Well, if your business creates a lost customer system, it will cut the number of customers you lose, and therefore the number you have to recruit in their place. The cost is lower to keep them too.
