Whether this be through hearing, mobility or everyday living aids, we understand that customers need friendly, knowledgeable and helpful support. Over several years we have developed a company ethos that our clients come first. We pride ourselves on providing the highest customer service and our staff are always more than happy to spend valuable time with each and every customer to advise on the optimum products to suit each and every requirement and budget. We are a local company with a wish to create an invaluable service for our community. We aim to offer not only the widest range at the lowest prices but the ongoing support and advise which our existing clients value so highly.
From a hearing problem, broken limb or sprain to an ongoing condition or mobility issue which needs constant management, we have the products to help. Our showrooms are clean and inviting whilst our staff team are friendly and informative. The lay out of our showrooms allow clients to view what they need with ease and navigate themselves around the store without any complications. We also have an in house audiologist and offer free hearing tests and product trials. We work closely with the NHS to provide equipment for the community, you can collect prescription items from our showrooms where we will also help with any fitting issues along with ensuring confidence of use and any other questions which may arise.
