About Us...

VNC Lifeline is a provider of a 24 hour telecare alarm service, which is an emergency button worn on a pendant around the neck, that can be pressed to summon help in an emergency.

We’re a not-for-profit, social enterprise, based in Merseyside, however our service is available to customers all over the UK through a self-connect ‘plug and play’ service. Our lifeline alarm offers people peace of mind, knowing that help is only the press of a button away.

Our team of dedicated staff are at the end of the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing assistance which has quite literally saved the lives of many customers. We are a caring service and place an extremely high value on the well being of all our customers.

The Lifeline service is a fantastic service for anyone who is:
• Elderly, frail, disabled, or at risk from falls
• Suffering from a long term medical condition
• Experiencing learning difficulties
• At risk from domestic violence
• Living alone, or feeling vulnerable
In a nutshell, it is for anyone who wishes to live independently at home, but who needs the peace of mind of knowing that help is just one push of a button away! Lifeline is like a silent carer – there to get you the help you need in an emergency in a non-obtrusive way.
