Bad experience with the business-Blueprint&Designz, Slade Lane, Manchester, M13 0GN

I had a very bad experience with this business and the man I spoke to from this business (Alex Kachingwe). 1.The banner did not get delivered to us on time for the event (The courier company told us that they delivered to the address given to them by the business and that probably the business gave them the wrong address) 2. This man was avoiding the phone calls on the day of the event and after the event. 3.When I managed to contact him (using a different number), he was very rude and disrespectful and was shouting on the phone. 4. He rearranged the delivery of banner few days after the event and then stipulated that we need to return this to him to get the refund (in my view, this was wrong, as we did not get the banner for the event and still expected to bear expenses to return this to him 5. By getting the banner redelivered after the event was finished, he could claim that he finished his job- and managed to keep our money, despite not delivering the banner in time for the event.
