OptiGlaze Polycarbonate Double Glazing

OptiGlaze polycarbonate double glazing is unbreakable and is available in three options. Installing OptiGlaze double glazing is no different from installing glass double glazing and is half the weight of glass.

Option 1) General purpose clear polycarbonate UV protected from 3mm to 8mm sheet thickness and from 20mm to 36mm overall.
Option 2) Clear hard coated abrasion and chemical resistant UV protected polycarbonate from 3mm to 8mm sheet thickness and from 20mm to 36mm overall.
Option 3) Anti vandal and security double glazed units with "energy saving" in clear hard coated abrasion and chemical resistant polycarbonate and toughened Pilkington K Low E glass. These units are perfect where security combined with energy saving are required.
Options 2 and 3 have a 5 year warranty against permanent 'misting & fogging' inside the unit.

Polycarbonate Solid Sheet Cut To Size

We offer a 'Cut To Size' service on solid sheet polycarbonate from 3mm to 8mm sheet thickness and only charge for the sheet size required and NOT the full sheet.
We supply top quality brands including: Lexan Exell D UV general purpose polycarbonate. MacroLux Compact C ExtraLife optical grade general purpose polycarbonate and Polycasa UV SR hard coated abrasion and chemical resistant polycarbonate. Depending on the application we can offer a polycarbonate that is best suited.
For greenhouse glazing to replace broken glass we supply 3mm or 4mm MacroLux Compact C ExtraLife.
