Welcome! My name is Andras Keleti. I am a Psychologist and Cognitive Hypnotherapist providing evidence-based therapy for clients in Milton Keynes and London.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy interventions that have solid evidential support and are proven to be effective in overcoming psychological and emotional difficulties.

During my work experience in a psychiatric hospital I have learned about the astounding capacity of human beings to improve themselves notwithstanding illness and adversities. In my work, I aim to build upon this intrinsic capacity to help people overcome difficulties and face challenges in life, knowing that they can access their inner resources and skills to help themselves.

I regard it as very important that my clients gain useful psychological insight and knowledge about their difficulty, find satisfaction in their own everyday improvements and feel empowered by the psychological skills and tools they have learned. I aim to provide sessions that are highly personalised, inspiring and empowering.
