Worst customer service ever experienced.

We were told blinds were made in Wales by a carpenter and would be fitted within 8 weeks. The blinds were actually made in China and were fitted 6 months later. The company never called to explain, we always had to chase them for answers despite having paid a substantial deposit. They denied any wrong doing and never apologised. Customer service is frankly non-existent, or when you do manage to talk to someone they are incredibly rude and at times even intimidating. We were told constant excuses and stories seemed to change daily. We were told blinds would be fitted early January but no one showed. We were called an hour after the expected time - apparently covid restrictions meant they could not fit blinds but after speaking with citizens advice we were told this was not the case. We have filed a complaint with citizens advice and trading standards. We are shocked and appalled by the whole experience. Just wish we read more reviews as we would never have chosen them.
