Hello!
Welcome, my name is Sue and I'm the founder of Carshalton Pilates.
Having been a regular attendee of Pilates classes for many decades it wasn't until I was in my early 50's that I qualified as a teacher, (yes, I was the oldest in the class!)

I had a very clear vision. I wanted to provide women only classes, within my home town of Carshalton Beeches, for Mums & menopausal women, coming together to create a supportive, safe, inclusive and friendly community in which to practice Pilates. The women I have attracted to my classes support this vision, so a warm welcome awaits you when you walk through the hall doors. Our Carshalton Pilates Whatsapp group enables you to let me know how you feel after class and for me to check in on you between classes (just to check how those bums, abs and legs might be feeling!)
