Personal Training, Nutrition and Hypnotherapy all under one roof. Completely independent and private studio where you can train in comfort and privacy. Beautful, fully-equipped studio where you will receive one-on-one attention without having to share the space with anyone else - not even other Trainers! We are fully-qualified to Level 3 and REPs registered and welcome clients of all shape, size, age and levels of fitness - no challenge is too big for us! So if you are serious about getting in shape, this is where you need to be!
