The gym offers a great family atmosphere that welcomes everyone the age of 9 and up. A wide range of classes are available with a maximum of 20 people in each class. Kick boxing, circuit training and kettlebell classes are all available in addition to personal trainers and event competitions. Whatever you're interested in the team will set realistic goals and make getting fit fun.
