Situated in the picturesque village of Langton Herring, within walking distance of Fleet Lagoon, it is nestled down a private driveway and set in grounds abundant with wildlife, making an ideal base for exploring the surrounding footpaths and enjoying the countryside. The surrounding area of the cottage is an area of outstanding beauty of the Dorset Coastline. A short drive away is the popular resort of Weymouth, which has a renowned long and sandy beach, numerous good restaurants and fine shopping facilities. The cottage is set in a large farm courtyard along with the owners' small cottage. A brisk walk up the drive takes you into the village where the pub, the Elm Tree Inn is located. The talented artwork from Alan Freeman is now available to purchase at Groom's Cottage. Groom's Cottage is also available as a B&B rental, so you can relax and unwind that little bit more. You will have the luxury of having the whole cottage to yourselves, knowing that when you wake up in the morning, breakfast will be provided and the bed will be made when you come home in the evening.
