Detached, en suite holiday cottage

Newly built in 2014, Jasmine Cottage has been designed with the discerning holidaymaker in mind. A large private offroad parking bay will accommodate two medium cars or three smaller ones. Shallow steps lead from the parking bay to the rear access door. Entering this door leads through an amenities porch (containing a washing machine and the water heater) into the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with seating for up to eight. An oak door leads through to the central hallway with a downstairs bedroom ahead and a staircase to the right. Climbing the stairs leads to the first floor. To the left is the lounge with a 32inch HDMI freesat TV. To the right is a kingsize en suite bedroom. Doubling back along the landing leads to a small en suite single room. The permanent bed spaces accommodate five people, another two can be accommodated in a sofa bed set up in the lounge.
Outside, a large sunbathing/ barbecue terrace (equipment provided) is for the exclusive use of guests. An oak porch offering stunning views across the valley is the centrepiece of the property.

Velvet Cottage

Velvet Cottage is a family owned, recently modernised 3 bedroom end terrace cottage situated in a quite magnificent setting one and a half miles North of Llangollen. It is an ideal base for hill walking, mountain biking, canoeing, rock climbing or simply exploring the famous North Wales countryside and mountains.

Velvet Cottage can sleep five and is suitable for small parties or family groups. Full self-catering facilities are provided, although there are many options for eating out locally - the choice is yours!

The cottage is available for rental on a weekly or weekend basis.
