Empty words, broken promises

Still awaiting refund of £1600 paid upfront in good faith to secure scaffolding booked for a particular weekday because of difficulty of access. On the arranged day access was cleared so that work could be carried out. But....No scaffolding, no Mr Ashworth, no explanation, so I had no alternative but to cancel. I am an 80 year old pensioner and had to borrow the money. Don't pay anything upfront. Suggest you read Trading Standard guidelines before committing.. Now preparing to sue Mr Ashworth through the Small Claim Court to get my money back!
