Who Are We?
Gwaun Valley Meats is a family run butcher shop in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Found just off the main road in Letterston between Haverfordwest and Fishguard.
We have won numerous awards for our products including the Great Taste 2015 2 star award for our Dry Cured Smoked Back Bacon and 1 star for our Heathland Beef Sirloin Steak.
Proud members of the PGI Welsh Lamb and Beef club coordinated by 'Meat Promotion Wales'
We are the only butchers to sell Pembrokeshire Heathland Beef - Traditional British breeds grazed on the heathlands surrounding nearby St Davids in association with the National Trust to preserve the wildlife habitats.
From June to September we also have Salt Marsh Lamb available - Lamb grazed on the coastal pastures of the Gower and Carmarthenshire saltmarshes during the summer which are rich in wild grasses and herbs, creating a sweet, fragrant and tender meat.
