SHOCKINGLY BAD CS! AVOID or purchase at risk

SHOCKINGLY BAD CS! If I can give one piece of advice AVOID AT all. Costs! I purchased a 12amp ff lithium battery £344 Within 2 months it failed we were told NEVER had an issue with this battery before! Yet when we HAD to drive 85+ miles to return he said. Never had too many back. Hmmmm. We were told be sent away the Monday after. 2. Weeks of hearing nothing, I called to be told he had NOT sent it back but undertook the repair himself (voiding the warranty? ) Was told just a broken wire he had replaced and his supplier failed to send the heat shrink tape so was awaiting in them sending. After another full week of hearing nothing, when we called he stated he was repairing the wire. So we told him we Were coming back. Yet another 85+mile (each way) journey to pick it up on Saturday low and behold we told him we would be there 1230 he was no where to be seen left to deal with wife, but funny within 5 minutes of us leaving he was back in the shop… Hmmmm feel like every time I spoke he had s
