Flame BBQ has rustic look which suits marquee and barn venues, but we cater for anyone who loves good meal but expect always something more. Our hog roast will be cooked from fresh on your venue, so your wedding guests can enjoy show.

About us

The company originated with a dream like all great ideas. Two former colleagues became friends and shared a mutual love for entertainment and cooking. They decided to combine that into a business, whereby they would not just cook a meal for guests, but provide a visual feast for the eyes complemented by deliciously tasty food. With passion to motivate them and determination guiding them FLAME BBQ was created.

At FLAME BBQ we practice both old and new cooking methods. Our roasts are cooked over gas powered spit ovens, but the traditional way cooked over a wood/coal burning fire is a popular request which is a spectacular sight and a talking point at any event. Our friendly team and professional equipment will provide you with a sizzling succulent roast every time. With our unique blend of FLAME SPICE crispy crunchy crackling is a guarantee with every Hog roast.

Tasting Days for our Wedding Couples

Every couple of months we have a very informal tasting session at our Village Hall in Berkshire. The day will start where you will meet some of the Flame BBQ Team on arrival and get a drink from the Bar.

Later we will bring out the Nibbles and during this time we will have an informal group discussion regarding logistics of your wedding day. This is to answer any question you may have regarding the catering at your wedding.

We will serve Main Course as you can expect it at you wedding. This will be the time that you can sit back and enjoy our food. Please feel free to have a chat with any of the Flame BBQ Team during this time. We understand that the food at your wedding day is very important.

After Mains, you're welcome to enjoy our variety of desserts on offer. All our desserts is homemade and be asure to have the OMG after every bite.
