I'm Jen Smith, founder of Jen Smith Social Media. I'm an award-winning, qualified, social media trainer and strategist with over 10 years blogging experience, a 1st class degree in writing and over 6 years working in the digital marketing industry (which is a long time in the social media world!).

I help business owners, entrepreneurs and coaches who struggle to maintain a consistent presence online to stop lurking on the social media sidelines and get confidently visible, grow their community and get clients.

I specialise in content marketing (that means creating and sharing high-value content on your blog and social media to drive traffic and enquiries) blogging, Facebook and Facebook advertising. I love helping my clients bring their ideas and vision down into a marketing plan and content calendar, and create a strategy and system for their social media that works. I'm also really good at explaining how the techy-side of social media works, empowering you to manage your own social media.

I've worked with clients all around the world - from London to New York, Dubai to Sydney. I'm not just some self-professed guru though. I've trained household brands you'll know like LEGO, Harrods & Goodwood and distilled those social media and content strategies down to what works for small businesses today.
