My name is James Morris I’m a certified Personal Trainer!

I am so thrilled to be able to help the people of Surrey achieve their fitness and fat loss results.

Here at James Morris Personal Training I don’t just want to get you fit and healthy I want to help you enjoy it and get excited about your next training session too!

All my life I have loved being active and part of a team but physically I have never been as comfortable or confident as I would have liked.

Maybe you can relate, I’d try running for hours a week on a treadmill, doing hundreds of sit ups a night, attempting and failing at a million and one different fad diets and wasting my money on expensive gym fees where I’d be abandoned by the trainers and left to my own unproductive devices.

After all this effort though, I was no closer to what I wanted, like many people I felt hopeless.

Now bigger than I’d ever been before, constantly hungry and creeping up clothes sizes every time I went shopping,

I was ready to give up!

Then I was introduced to resistance training, high intensity cardio and how to eat for weight loss.

This actually changed my life, Not only did my body shape up in a way that I had never experienced before,

I had more energy, more confidence and a new buzz about fitness that I couldn’t stop telling all my friends and colleagues about – I wanted everyone to feel the way I did every day!

In fact I was so desperate to spread the word that I set up James Morris personal training with a totally insane focus on creating motivation, giving my clients massive amounts of positive energy and most importantly having enormous amounts of fun achieving the results my clients deserved.

The results I saw were incredible!
