i2i Publishing was founded by Lionel Ross who is himself a published author. He knows, only too well, the almost impossible task confronting a new author when he seeks to find a publisher. Writers devote months and years of their lives to crafting and creating books devoted to the education and entertainment of unseen others. They then discover that their beloved manuscript is just a piece of often worthless merchandise in the eyes of the vast majority of publishers. New authors receive countless numbers of rejection letters from the mainstream publishers who prefer to play it safe with either established authors or celebrity authored books. Finally they turn in desperation to the so-called Vanity market. There they are promised, in return for vast sums of money, that their book will be published.
Now there is another way, the i2i way.We DO charge but only on a SHARED RISK basis.

Book publishing without pain

i2i Publishing aims to make the publication of your book a painless process. Once the book idea has been presented through our website at www.i2ipublishing.co.uk we will give it serious consideration. If the idea has merit we will ask you to submit two or three chapters to assess the quality of your writing. If we feel it is not for us we will tell you quickly. We know how painful it is not to know if your work is to be accepted (or not) We will also ask you how many words are in the work and all this communication will be achieved by email. You will not be asked for double spacing. You will not be asked for printouts by mail. If we like your book it is our job to format it - not yours. We work on a shared risk basis so we will need a modest financial contribution. If we proceed, all will be explained in a Publishing Proposal which will be issued without any commitment on your part. If you then wish to proceed a Publishing Agreement will be issued for your signature. You will then be on your way to seeing the many hours of work you have devoted to your book, becoming a reality both as a paperback and an e-book. Remember with i2i Publishing you are never alone - we work as a team with our authors.
