Shine Brighter Coaching is a unique coaching and training company that works with people to inspire them and allow them to choose to alter their behaviours and thoughts. This will lead to the positive changes to overcome lifes obstacles.

Everyone has the choice to be who they want to be, and everyone is able to acheive their goals. Sometimes we are led down a different path, and it becomes less easy to get to where we want to be. Anxiety, depression and PTSD are common obstacles some people face along the way.

The Coaching and Training Packages designed utilise techniques that are quick working and have positive lasting effects. Techniques used include NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP), TIME LINE THERAPY AND HYPNOSIS.

Anybody can achieve anything they want to, sometimes they just don't know how to get there. Most people feel like this on their own, and don't feel like anyone will understand them. Maybe you've tried talking to others, and they can't understand why you feel and act the way you do? This is where Shine Brighter will help you.

About Dawn

Dawn has had a very successful and exciting career so far. She is a veteran of British Army, after over 10 years of her life, serving as a Combat Medical Technician (RAMC) and then into Army Nursing (QARANC). Dawn has travelled to so many parts of the world, and her passion and drivers have always been to help others and inspire them to be better at what they do. From training the Infantry Battalions 'Life Saving Combat Medical Training' to presenting extensive research and subject knowledge to fellow Nurses, Doctors and Surgeons.

Talking to Dawn, I can see why she feels so passionately about inspiring others, to get to where they want to be.

'I always thought I knew what I wanted to do, I did that! Then it all changed. It wasn't always easy within the job I had in the military, but as I now look back on those experiences, it's given me every tool I need to inspire and help others. Everyone around me knows that my heart is with nursing and helping others when they need it. This is how I know I have the ability to inspire those around me, work with them in parts of their lives they thought they'd never have to change (through injuries) or areas that they want to change and help them overcome the obstacles that get in our way! Sometimes it's the inside telling us 'I can't' 'I'm never going to be able to...' Or even, 'How do they do it...I want to do that!'
And I know that, because I've been there too.'

The work Dawn is doing, is going to change that, and already has to so many people around her and of course herself. Military and nursing friends have approached her, easily, as she's been there, wherever there is.

Her high level range of qualifications and military experience are the best combination to have as a Coach in life, I can see that when she talks. It's clear to see, her passion, motivation and life changing events in the past, have given her the inspiration and energetic energy to help others shine.

Dawn, who is also a Registered General Nurse, has now progressed to the world class level as a Trainer of NLP and Hypnotherapy.

Certified by the Worlds Leading Dr's Tad and Adrianna James of the 'Tad James Company' in Las Vegas.

Dawn was qualified as a Master Coach, Master Practitioner in NLP, Master Hypnotherapist and a Master in Time Line Therapy™ techniques by Nicola and Mark Taylor of 'The Taylored Life Company', Birmingham, UK.

These admired qualifications are already proving enormously as great coaching skills together so that she can help Inspire, Adapt and Overcome challenges with ANYONE.
