I had to go on an emergency flight to hong kong. Unfortunately, I was really stressing about trying to contact my local travel agencies but no one was open or picked up on a Saturday evening. Time Travels were the only people who was there for me as they not only picked up phone after office hours but a staff member called vasuki had come in and booked the flight for me on a sunday when many other agencies were closed. What can I say apart from, I was impressed with the service I received and that my holiday with my family was one of the most enjoyable trips we've had to date. No problems checking in at the airport, detailed advice was given by Time travels regarding suit case allowance, visa. The staff were very friendly and polite they recommend and made us aware of certain placed to stay and to be well aware off. Most travel agencies would not care and not give this sort of advice as they would be getting commission from their partners. But Time travel are very honest and helpful thanks so much had a lovely time!!
