This business makes going to the hair dressers a whole new experience. You just get a very relaxing hair wash with head massage and the staff are very good , efficient , very polite and friendly. Very well tarined too . You are always offered a drink hot or cold and if you are lucky a shoulder massage too. It makes having your hair cut washed and dried such a relaxing and excelletn experience. They use really lovely smelling products too and everyone could not be nicer.

This was my first visit to Artizan and can honestly say I am converted and won't be going anywhere else other than here for my future hair needs. I fancied a change but am really nervous about people touching my hair as I have had pat disasters. Jodie welcomed me and put me at ease with her great knowledge and honest advice. I went with extensions and from start to finish, the experience was brilliant from the products used on my hair to the to the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Jodie, I've already had plenty of compliments on it!

Incomparable cutting and colouring talent here (and Ive tried a few places in town). But also there is a very positive and friendly vibe. No scary Im going to do what I want to your hair or disinterested I dont really care attitudes here. They work really hard to make their clients feel relaxed and involved. The care they take of people is unusual, and I think thats why they have so many loyal Bath fans.

As soon as you walk in this salon you are greeted with a warm welcome. Guaranteed a fabulous cut or colour accompanied with their complimentary head, hand, neck and shoulder massages using lovely Aveda products really does put you into that total relaxation zone. The innovative stylists are amazing and lead by example to their enthusiastic trainees . The ambiance is great and it is very evident the management and staff are passionate about their work. You go in feeling you and come out looking and feeling like a new you! Highly recommended.
A great experience
I went into Artizan George Street stressed by parking, and came out chilled. Not only did I get a great cut, I got a back and shoulder massage thrown in. Its a relaxing place but, most importantly, it has a really crack team. Ive never had a a cut or colour I didnt love.
