The showroom has been closed during all of the lockdowns as our business is deemed as non-essential retail, so we have to keep the store closed. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel & it is looking hopeful for a re-opening date of Monday, 12th April 2021. Please check out our website for updates. I chose to support a local business despite the fact the same fire could be found on line for much less money even with installation. Mark arrived to install on 20/08/19 and within 2 hours had cut into an electrical cable. Accidents happen which is why installation businesses carry liability insurance (or should). So when he turned around and said: "it shouldn't have been there, you'll need to get an electrician and we're not paying for it, it's not our problem", I was a bit taken aback. I called their office and was told: "You were lucky Mark didn't get hurt because then you would have been in trouble". An amazing response. I suggested we split the electrician's bill but they would not entertain the notion. The fireplace had last been upgraded by the house's original owners 25 years ago which was when the cable must have been installed. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a professional business because BS isn't one such company.
