Individual work plans
Aimed at 6 - 16 year olds, your child will be assessed first so that we can evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. Then we create an individual work plan to help them reach the level they should be. By using a variety of teaching methods and aids, we improve their understanding and boost their self - esteem. We make learning a stimulating, enjoyable experience where effort is valued and rewarded as highly as achievement.
Range of activities
Children come to our safe and bright Torquay tuition centre to be taught in 80 - minute sessions by an expert. This involves a range of different enjoyable activities with homework set for the following week. We will also ensure feedback is given to the parents regularly.

11+ Preparation
Fantastic, enjoyable, friendly and fun!! Both my daughters went to Kip McGrath prior to taking their 11+ exams and subsequently both passed and received 3 yeses. They thoroughly enjoyed their lessons, and Kip gave them confidence and support in a friendly environment . My daughter flourished from being tutored with Lis at Kip Mcgrath. I would totally recommend going there. We have just received a yes from all three selective schools and feel that Lis played a huge part in giving our daughter the boost she needed academically and emotionally. I would highly recommend Kip McGrath Educational Centre to any pupil who wish to do the 11+ exams. The tutor has done an amazing job to build up my daughter’s confidence and to prepare her for the tests. We received the letter with ‘Yes’ for the all three Schools she applied for.
