Prosser Building Services are specialists in the adaptation and refurbishment of homes for people who have disabilities. We help to tailor homes to the unique requirements of those using them. Working either with experienced architects, or directly with the customer, with experience of working under CDM Regulations, we aim to create the best possible spaces whilst retaining the feel of home.

Prosser Building Services are a Shaftesbury based business providing high quality and professional building services in and around the south coast. Our experienced and qualified teams work closely with our clients to design, refine and plan each project meticulously, supporting them through any planning and regulatory requirements. Once approved, we provide full project management through to completion, offering support and advice throughout. Once the project is complete, we effectively resolve any snags or defects through our aftercare services.

Led by Andy Prosser & Kevin Phillips, Prosser Building Services' team are fully qualified and hold the required licences and certificates to complete projects safely and professionally. We also hold comprehensive insurances to protect our clients and our team. We also are fully trained and competent running projects complying with CDM Regulations.

Creating accessible homes for people with disabilities
Prosser Building Services are specialists in the adaptation and refurbishment of homes for people who have disabilities. We help to tailor homes to the unique requirements of those using them, working with experienced architects who create the best possible spaces whilst retaining the feel of home. We consult closely with individuals, families, carers and health professionals to enable us to fully understand the requirements of the project from the start, and offer support and advice throughout the project and beyond.

We have a broad range of experience from smaller adaptations and modification to large redevelopments, refurbishments and extensions. We are fully trained and experienced in operating projects under the CDM Regulations.
