I researched 4 local window companies, getting references, even credit checking them. C&L were prompt, polite and to the point. They gave me one price and stuck to it, not well, the usual RRP is X but we will only charge you Y, which I was surprised to get from one larger local firm. Double Glazing Windows and Doors

Conservatory
We had a lovely Conservatory built by C and L, we were a little bit skeptical at the beginning as to whether or not to take the plunge but we are so glad we did. Absolutely brilliant. We were able to trust the fitters with a key to let themselves in while we were at work, the windows and door look fantastic, the finishing off plastering etc. Was extremely well done. Brilliant Service
I have had a front door & Patio door from C&L and the doors are brilliant! the service was brill, no high pressured selling. the men that fitted the doors were polite and did a great tidy job. highly recommend.

C&L Windows Review
As C&L Windows were a member of the GGF and having invoked the conciliation procedure, my windows and doors were inspected by the GGF Expert Witness, who subsequently made thirteen recommendations to resolve the numerous issues with the installation. What I didnt expect was for C&L Windows to ignore the findings of the Expert Witness and issue a summons against me. My advise is to stay well clear of this company.
C&L Windows
I used this company and I can honestly say it was a big mistake as they are not a company to be trusted and my advice is to stay clear and go elsewhere. C&L Windows were (and may still be) members of the Glass & Glazing Federation. When my installation went wrong, the GGF Expert Witness inspected my doors and windows and made thirteen recommendations - including non compliance with British Standards - to bring my installation to a satisfactory standard.
