Young lads, lack of professionalism, no efficiency, no call-backs. When we first put in our offer they seemed ok, a little laid back but nothing too concerning. Since then we have had no updates, no communication. Things have gone wrong left, right and centre. When we have tried to get information, advice or general updates we have had to call them, only to be told the only people who have our information are in meetings then had no return call. We have also tried visiting their office only to be told they dont have the information to hand and must call us back, which they never did. We literally tried everything to get information and it eventually resulted in having to go to the sellers house to get the information personally with the contact having to go through them rather than wasting our time with Pygotts. If I felt our house move was particularly difficult, had abnormal issues or was of an awkward nature then I could maybe understand. But it wasnt! I will ensure everyone knows about my experience with Pygotts! Can if put 0 stars?.... Seems not.
