I have a property in Plymouth, but live in London and so its impossible for me to manage, and so I turned to The Lettings Company to manage the property for me. Absolutely Fantastic!
I have used many Plymouth based letting agents over the past 10 years and I have never received as much honesty and support as I did from Kevin and Sam at The Lettings Company. They are part of a small privately owned business but they take their time to ensure you are not over charged (they are significantly cheaper than their larger competitors) and they make sure you are happy in the accommodation they have provided. They respond straight away to emails and are extremely approachable with any issue. Now I am settled in one of their properties, I have no intention of moving!
