My 4 Walls is based in the famous historic Margate Old Town, just a couple of hundred metres from the renowned Turner Contemporary art gallery and Margate Main Sands. The company is owned by Alan Munns and his business partner David Heard. Having 30 years of experience within the sales and lettings industry, we offer an exceptional service to each customer and ensure your home move or house sale runs as smoothly as possible.
If you have a property that you already let or are considering letting you should definitely look into our property management services which you'll find both professional and cost effective. This service includes valuations, collecting deposits, reference checking and keeping in touch with both yourself and the tenants to ensure everyone is 100% happy.
We pride ourselves on taking care of both our landlords and our tenants here at My 4 Walls and if you're looking for a property to rent, our extensive portfolio is sure to have something for you. We let both furnished and unfurnished flats and houses and all of our properties are Gas Safe certificated and inspected for electrical safety and furniture fire safety.
