I am very very disappointed with the service I have received this year from Utilita regarding the annual warm home discount scheme. I have spent the last couple of week on the phone between the Utilita and the DWP trying to get this sorted out. I went to the Citizens Advice for help and believed that it was all sorted out only to receive an email a couple of days later from Utilita stating I wouldn't be getting the WHD. Shame on you and your call centre staff for lying to your customers. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
