First problem was that they couldn't accept card payments do I had to pay in cash.Also the pub had been closed down so I couldn't contact them directly as no one was there luckily I had received the message about only accepting cash payments so I had that mobile number to call otherwise I would of had to sleep on the streets. The carpet wasn't fitted properly so ever time I had to go out of room It was being pulled back by the door and door would get stuck on it so I had to get down on my knees to put it back under the door and pull it back through. there was a broken plug socket which was dangerously had wires showing. A broken window with a hole in it was letting in a cold breeze even thou it was covered over by a no smoking sticker. kettle was filthy so I didn't feel like it was ok to make a tea or coffee with it. and who ever was in room above me was up and down the stairs continuously until gone 3-4am which was very loud. the hole in window not only was letting the cold air wind a
