Extensively trained in the EU as well as the UK, Mr Knife Guy has won multiple awards on both a regional and national level. We are experts in Japanese hairdressing scissors and have a huge number of repeat customers who trust us with their scissors time and time again.
We sharpen knives for some of the area's most prestigious kitchens... and some of the smallest domestic ones! We can repair damaged blades, and we always make sure we leave your knives in the best condition possible.
If you're outside our catchment area for our mobile service, we're also able to offer a postal sharpening service.
