Selfish driver

I was visiting Tesco in Irvine this evening and came across one of this companies cars parked in a disabled bay. No blue badge. My brother is disabled and holds a blue badge, it was pouring with rain and the car park was busy. Due to this driver being selfish and inconsiderate my brother had to struggle in the rain to get to the store as there was no other parking spaces. An absolute disgrace and sheer laziness. I have taken pictures and will be visiting the office to make a formal complaint.
