Insight Counselling Brighton and Hove

You may be feeling stuck somehow in your life, wondering how to make changes. You possibly have experienced challenging life experiences that are proving difficult to process on your own.

Therapy offers an opportunity to explore your concerns at your own pace in a safe, supportive and confidential setting.

I am an experienced counsellor working in private practice in Church Road in Hove and Fiveways in Brighton. I use an integrative approach, using my psychodynamic training along with CBT and other approaches where appropriate.

What I can offer you:

In-expensive first session to meet and discuss requirements (£10);
Weekly sessions; Confidential space; Day or evening appointments; Long or short term work; Face to face;

I have worked with individuals who undergo many kinds of difficulties: including anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, divorce, feelings of loneliness, low mood, stress and drug and alcohol dependency.

I work with people from all walks of life in a way that respects culture, values, beliefs, choices and sexual orientation.
